This office used to be cool. I two appointments today. Currently 10:43am and I have yet to be seen by the doctor. I do not recall ever having to wait this long before the doctor comes in. They have you fill out paperwork, yet when they call you back the nurses do not even check the paper work they literally re ask the same questions. So what is the point in filling out the paperwork to get asked the same questions again. Also why am I waiting 30 plus minutes after my schedule appointment times for the doctor to come in?! Are yal over scheduling patients? So many changed and they are not good changes. They are quite annoying and frustrating. I have been waiting since 10 it is not 10:46am. I got here about 20 minutes early as well. If I go to the front desk and ask then imma be looked at as

I have no complaints! They have cared for my oldest (10) since she was 3 and they have cared for my youngest (3) since she was born! Jennifer at the front is AMAZING! Everyone from Drs, nurses, admins 100% on point! Thank you guys for making this mom feel seen, heard and my most important treasures well cared for!

The management at this hospital seems more focused on profit than patient care. I was charged $600 for my son's one-year vaccinations (three shots). When I called to schedule an appointment for my newborn, a nurse told me that my baby would be covered by my insurance for the first 30 days. I decided to get a plan that would start the following month. Later, they called to say my insurance wouldn't cover the visits. I explained that the nurse had assured me my baby would be covered after taking my insurance details. The manager claimed it wasn’t their fault and said I would need to pay $435 out of pocket for the two visits. The staff was rude and showed no empathy, and their out-of-pocket fees are extremely high. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU'RE GOOD AT HANDLING HIGH STRESS LEVE

They weren't able to see my children due to immunizations. But the customer service was top notch! The receptionist was extremely helpful & friendly.😊

In the process of signing up through them due to my children initial pediatrician moving. We decided to go with this pediatrician due to location. However, communication thus far has been disappointing. Called to follow up on the appointment scheduling only to be advised after weeks unable to locate the documents. After expressing my concerns, Bridget expressed I could go somewhere else, then proceeded to keep me on a lengthy hold. I'm not sure if this is the expectation, or was this a one-off?
