Wesley Willows Retirement Community is the best of all possible situations in this stage of life. You can be as independent as you are able and as involved in community activities as you like with more opportunities here and in the city and region than you could possibly dream of. The duplexes and apartments are spacious and luxurious; the grounds are beautifully maintained; fitness and aquatic centers and beautiful wide outdoor walking paths. Meals at the Bistro and dining room are delicious.

Moving away from my dream house, favorite neighbors and dear friends was difficult but moving into Wesley Willows has been the best decision I’ve made for this stage in my life. I love the wide variety of social and fitness activities available to me. The residents and staff are kind and have made it easy to make new friends. My life and heart are full.

Having been here and observed practices, the residents who get the best experience are the ones who can afford to be in a solo living environment. Having personal spoken with a resident recently if your loved one is in the Arbor, or other locations other than the campus where the pool is located ive heard frustration from young people serving and not listening. Beverages being poured, warm, and flat when loved ones arrive. Residents are unhappy with how their meal times go, please visit the rehab areas and come during a dinner, you will be able to see loved ones left unattended while staff sit in back rooms and do not engage during schedule meal time and will rush residents in and out.

My mother has a uti and it's the whole entire reason she is in the rehab, (she fell and broke her femur, per uti) and they leave her 5-6-7 hours in her wheel chair, wet, dripping when pulled out, no size 2× diapers up in there, so, she is ALLWAYS WET! Today, they changed her diaper, and did NOT wipe the poop out of her butt. She had a serious rash on her butt, and fingertip bruises, until I said something. It is finally starting to looking better. This is supposed to be 1 of 3 top rated places in this area, and if that's the case, I'd hate to see a low rated facility! Her UTI is not going away because her feces keep going into her urethra, she cannot remember her neices and nephews names right now, her siblings birthdays, and many many many other things due to this uti. I moved here year ago. Best move I’ve ever made. This entire establishment is here to assist me. It’s fun and friendly and should I ever need daily living assistance they have the ability to help me. Lots of fun things to do here and lovely neighbors to do them with.
