I had my very first myofascial release massage today with Cassie. The environment was very comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cassie did help me with some trigger points. I didn’t do a ton of research on what to expect but I knew that my “trigger points” were predominantly in my lower body. I did ask why Cassie was not working more on my lower body where my pain is the most and she said she was “warming up the fascia”. I had a nice time talking to her and she did make my lower back and neck feel better but my lower body really needed the full attention, especially my feet. Being my first time I didn’t say much. I’d like to give her 5 stars but she just didn’t hear me trying to tell her to please focus on my lower body. Oh, and she was especially understanding a

Elizabeth Ramsden is a healer. She is an incredible massage therapist. This wellness center is peaceful & quiet and all the employees are respectful and kind.

It was exactly what we needed. They were all so very kind & welcoming. They made sure the pressure was right & we were comfortable. One of us had the relaxation & the other had deep tissue. Elizabeth & Kim were amazing!

Brett as a certifird lymphatic massage therapist, ended my suffering. I had severe edema swelling in my legs, knees and feet. No PCP's or any specialist doctors could figure out how to get rid of my intense swelling. Brett's therapy took care of reducing my swelling like magic!
