My ear was impacted with wax and it was super uncomfortable. I called at 10am and got an appointment for 1:45 the same day. Jim was super nice and very knowledgeable and Patty at the front desk was the sweetest. Clearing out the wax was only $40 and it was a very quick process. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

James sat and listened to my concerns and what I thought I wanted in a pair of hearing aids. He explained my hearing test results to me and what they represented. It was a welcomed experience. I left feeling well informed of the choice that I made. I will be looking forward to their arrival. Thank you so much!
