Dr. Bledsoe was filling in for Dr. Duncan ( an awesome Dr.) After having the protocol for a fill-in Dr. while your primary is out explained to me. I realize there was confusion on my part. I highly recommend this office.

This practice doesn’t complete patient paperwork for insurance and procedures and medication prior authorizations in a timely manner. They insist you make multiple appointments in which they rush you in and out the door. Don’t mention 2 potential problems while you are there.they will shut you down and tell you to make another appointment. Don’t expect your paperwork to be completed on time or accurately or even completely. The doctors are nice and caring but they have no power to do anything about how the company that runs this practice treats patients. Find another provider if you want to be treated with respect and get all your needs met.

Dr. Bledsoe takes great care of my two children. Tika her medical assistant is wonderful, and very caring. I feel confident in our doctors abilities and knowledge. Front desk staff is kind and efficient.

Yeaa I sat there for 30 minutes when the place opens at 8 for no one to show up. Only sign on the door was a “closed” sign. Number online acts like the place is still up and running but totally different number on closed sheet and when you call that number it informs you the place is permanently closed but doesn’t have it on the door the regular phone number online doesn’t say it. The website doesn’t say it. So don’t waste your gas or time driving there.

Dr. Bledsoe is amazing and incredibly smart. She is extremely dedicated and thorough. She never rushes me and is wonderful at explaining things to me so I understand. She has been very helpful with my new medications and has been great at seeing me constantly for monitoring any and all progress or issues. Also quick to respond to my messages in between appointments. App makes checking-in, per-paying, messaging, and viewing visit summary/test results easy. Front staff are always kind and friendly. Also Tiki, Dr Bledsoe's nurse assistant (please forgive me if spelled wrong) is wonderful. So pleasant to talk with and just has a beautiful spirit. Great place, very clean.
