I had a great experience at urgent care today. Andy was the one who helped me with my vitals and he was excellent. He took the time to listen carefully to everything I was dealing with and made sure I felt comfortable during the visit. He was very kind, professional, and respectful the whole time. It really makes a difference when someone treats you with patience and understanding when you’re not feeling well. Thank you Andy for the great care and positive attitude!

Thank you so much to everyone at AFC Urgent Care! I was going to get my ear piercing checked out as I was worried it may have been a little infected. They were very thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Huge thanks to Andy and Taisha, you guys were so welcoming and kind and explained everything which set my anxiety at ease. Shelby was very calm and kind and handled my ear with the upmost care. I was in and out fairly quickly and super thankful that I came to this urgent care office. And I can't say this enough but seriously thank you guys so much!!

My experience at AFC Urgent Care was exceptional. It was easy to set up a time on line but they take walk-ins. Alexis greeted me and was very helpful with the entire process. Mel checked my vitals and took xrays and was very good explaining everything that was being done. I then saw "Katie", Kathryn Herb. She was so thorough with her examination and assessment of my health issue. She listened attentively and asked many questions to ensure she had the entire scope of what was going on. Alexis checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed as I left. A great experience and I highly recommend. Michael

I was very impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The nurses and doctor (specially Holly) were professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. The whole visit was efficient and stress-free — I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency.
