Dear Wellstar Patient Relations Department, I am writing to formally express significant concerns regarding recent experiences with your healthcare services, specifically pertaining to patient access, billing practices, and the overall quality of care coordination. My recent interactions, particularly concerning administrative aspects, have led me to believe that financial considerations may, at times, inadvertently overshadow the commitment to patient well-being and service delivery. It is my firm conviction that in any medical setting, the primary focus should consistently remain on delivering patient-centric care. I have observed what appears to be a systemic issue wherein the availability and accessibility of affordable urgent care options may be inadvertently directing individuals

Staff and Dr were very concerned about my condition. Very polite and quick to get me back on my feet. Made sure I was breathing at a safe rate prior to leaving. Great instructions for further care. Very reasonable pricing for someone without insurance. Thank you to all. I truly appreciated the top notch care while there.

I took my elderly mother and was very, very impressed with the staff and care they showed us. We didn't mind waiting due to tests of which always takes 1 hour even if you're the only patient. The NP is now the only provider that you see at any of these urgent cares of which was here too, but Deidra has a wonderful bedside manner to my mother. We will choose this Urgent Care if needed again.

Thomas Cox was super nice and helpful while I had the flu! front office staff was also very sweet. when I needed an appointment, they stopped right there and helped me schedule. they take great care of their patients!

The front office staff were very kind and welcoming (especially considering I had my three little kids with me). Deidra was the PA that I saw and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs and questions for care and treatment. Our family has been to many urgent cares in the Kennesaw/Marietta/Woodstock area and I would highly recommend this urgent care over all the others!
