Wellstar Urgent Care

Took my daughter to the urgent care today and the provider was a NP Cassie Bishop. When I say the most unprofessional rude person I have ever met that works in healthcare. She walked in the room didn’t introduce herself did not ask what are you being seen for and didn’t even do a pelvic exam she diagnosed her without a pelvic exam. The sad part is I have worked in the healthcare field for 15 years and never seen such an unprofessional provider when I questioned her not doing the pelvic exam she advised me to leave and then proceeded to say she would call the police on me. It’s very unfortunate for someone to not like there job and be in healthcare and mistreat there patients. I visited this location today, December 2nd around 2:30 PM, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist. It was the older lady with short hair and glasses. When I walked in, I politely explained that I did not have an appointment. Instead of simply acknowledging that, she responded with an unnecessary, smart remark about the facility being walk-in. I’m well aware it’s a walk-in clinic however, other urgent care locations do allow reservations, which is why I mentioned it. After that interaction, I decided to call my primary care provider instead. When I left and said “thank you,” she intentionally ignored me until I repeated it multiple times and made direct eye contact. Went to this location today to get tested for strep throat it took over an hour to get inside the doctors office because they had only one doctor. I get diagnosed and assigned my prescription. When I call up the local pharmacist, they said that none of my information matches up…the pharmacist calls and ask them if there was a mixup with the information they then INSISTED to the pharmacy that I was a 15-year-old boy even though I am a 17-year-old female I tried to call them back multiple times throughout 3-5pm. They said they were getting the situation handled and never called me or my mother back. I am whole minor…I’m still debating if I just report them to the medical state board but this is unacceptable. Never got my prescription….

Went here today cause my son was sick when I tell you five star service is a understatement they need 100 stars from the front desk to the back they were friendly nice and on it the service was fast and they make sure not to let you go home with out not knowing what’s going on or how to treat it or the next step I am sorry I did not remember the three lady name but if you treated mr green today I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I called to make an appointment and the only thing they had available to make appointments was an answering machine where they claim they will call you back within 24 hours if you leave your name and phone number, never got a call back.
