This practice is always incredibly welcoming when I come in. The receptionists are always so incredibly kind and heartwarming. My hygienist Patti is the best!!! So sweet and such a kind presence to have while cleaning my mouth. She is the best.

I visited the Douglasville office… I literally signed in and immediately taken back, got an exam , X-ray and a quote within minutes. I’m the type of person that the longer I wait the more anxious I get. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and had me in and out quickly. Highly recommend even if it’s for a second opinion. They do offer assistance in financing if you don’t have insurance or you need a payment plan. Oh… let’s not forget the cookies. Yes they offer you a cookie as you’re leaving. I opt it out because I had a cavity the size of Texas… but they are delicious. Just give them a try if you want a great experience at a dental office.

Today was my first day at West Ga Dental and I must say all of the staff made my day so much lighter and comfortable. It started off with a few system issues, but Erin at the front desk made sure to take care of me! Her personality and kindness went a long way. She went over and beyond to make sure I had all of my paperwork handled and that I was taken care of prior to me being seen. In addition to her welcoming me, the dental assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. She made sure I knew what was going on at all times and that I was comfortable. Even during my procedure, she was very informative and handle me with care, along with my dentist. Overall, it was a good day and I actually enjoyed them all. Thank you all for making this a painless and overly pleasant experience! Highly recomme

I would like to say. It has been a very long time since I've been to a dentist. But the staff at West Georgia Dentistry. Put my mind at ease it was very understanding. Pattie, talk me through everything that you was going to do. And the doctor, he was very professional. I do give them five stars and recommend them to anybody needs a dentist. Thank you so much.

Can I give 10 Starz? I'd give this great group of people just that! I left another practice in Douglasville due to their rudeness from the dentist to front desk. This dentist did x-rays and 3d scan and said I had a cavity. I was like okay I guess let's do it. He barked at me that I had taken up too much time and needed to come back. I researched and found this group. Five star rating. The doctor said I have no cavity and my teeth are in excellent shape. I found out when your dentist is in network they are required to fulfill certain procedures. Even though this group is out of network it cost me pennies for an exam only and no unnecessary treatment. Needless to say I found my new dental office. Thank you!
