I was greeted very warmly by chris and his office staff, chris was very professional, explained in detail.What he was doing and why, explained in detail the results. I left there knowing I was in good hands and definitely will refer him to everyone.I know. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out what the cost of my new hearing aids would be.They were not even half of what I paid the first time around from a different company.

Very patient and thorough. Explained every step of the way before proceeding. Gave helpful information on the next steps to take moving forward. I was very pleased and satisfied with my experience.

My husband had an appointment today. We were kind of nervous since we knew nothing about hearing aids. But Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything as far as how they worked and what my husband needed. Chris put us at ease right off. The front staff was just as pleasant. We had a great experience and will recommend it to others.
