I’m sure the doctors are great but the office staff not so much. I made an appointment online. I have a written referral from my PCP. At 3:45pm the day before my appointment at 8:30am the next day, I received a call that said they were going to have to cancel my appointment because they don’t have my referral. At no time before this call had I heard anything from the office about needing the referral ahead of time. Had I known, I could have faxed it to them. She was very rude and pretty much just said “oh,well” when I questioned why I had not been contacted sooner. Seems to me like someone in the office didn’t do their job and I’m the one who has to suffer. They had 12 days to contact me asking for the referral and didn’t until the day before my appointment. I will find care elsewhere.

Called before my appointment and left a message saying they don't treat my condition, but my condition leads to arthritis and joint issues, which I thought was a rheumatologist's domain. Guess not. Thanks for telling me not to come in before you've even heard WHY I scheduled the appointment.

I visited the office for the first time today and met with Dr. Bradley. My experience from the office staff, nurse and Dr. Bradley was amazing! Everyone was so kind, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley!

The absolute WORST patient service I have ever received. They have lost every last penny I was going to give them all because they refused to communicate with me. Absolutely ridiculous. The doctors are probably fine, but how would I know I was never even able to see one. The girls/guys running the appointments, however? Despicable. You don't go to a rheumatologist cuz everything is going great. So thank you for causing me to be in more pain longer, you absolutely useless people Edit: For any Supervisors wondering who was so terrible "Leslie E" is who sent me a single message (with incorrect info, mind you) and never responded again

Excellent new patient experience. From scheduling my appointment to Dr. McLeod's thoroughness and care, to the kindness and genuine concern from the entire staff, everything was great.
