Wellstar Primary Care

HORRIBLE. Would give it 0 stars if possible. New patient, arrived 15 minute prior to my appointment, as they requested. Checked in and waited. And waited. After half an hour past my appointment (and watching everyone else get called back), I asked what the holdup was, to find out that the person I was supposed to see was running 90 minutes behind schedule and no one bothered to inform me. I wound up rescheduling with another provider and sitting there for an additional hour before finally seeing someone else for what turned out to be a 15-minute visit. They absolutely do not think their patients' time is important.

I have never been to a More welcoming Hospital with customer service that was A+ I mean it Never have we experienced such a great level of service I love it!!!Thank you so much for the kindness and top notch service

Nurse Breanna is amazing. Great personality, very professional, and very good at what she does. She is definitely an asset to WellStar!!

I had an amazing experience at wellstar Dallas i definitely recommend! Ps Dr. Stephanie is the best.

The only physician I want to see is Dr Jessica Stepp.
