OrthoZone - Dallas

(If I could give 10 stars or even a million stars, I absolutely would.) I recently took both of my kids in for orthodontic consultations, fully expecting that they would both need braces. From the moment we walked in, every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. What stood out immediately was how intentional the staff was about speaking directly to my kids—making them feel heard, important, and included in every part of the process. One of the assistants even told them, “Please feel free to ask me questions or talk to me, this is your teeth we’re talking about, and I want you to feel comfortable.” As a parent, that meant everything to me. When Dr. Cronan came in and reviewed their images, she explained that while both kids will eventually need braces,

5 stars isn't enough, I wish I could give 10! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cronan explained everything, answered all of our questions and made my son so comfortable. Jennifer was helpful, so kind, she could relate to my son and that also helped ease his nerves. Everyone at the front desk was so nice, and last but not least, Crystal. Crystal helped navigate the ins and outs of our insurance and set everything up for us. This team has been so amazing and I cannot wait to see my son's confidence blossom with his new smile. Dr. Cronan and the team at OrthoZone have been amazing with our two girls. They are so efficient and caring. We also love the sweet ladies at the front desk who help us get an appointment that works for our schedule each time we visit. Great team of people!

As a mom of three kiddos, it was extremely important for me to find the right dental practice for my family. OrthoZone has been just that. My kids and I have been with them for years, and Dr. J. and the staff there have all watched them grow up. The staff at OrthoZone has made "going to the dentist" a wonderful experience. My kids and I have always felt welcomed. The staff is warm and friendly. And Dr. J. is kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

I have 4 kids from 14 to 7 who are all seen at kidzone for dentistry and 2 seen by orthozone at the cedarcrest location. We have been coming here for about two years now, and It is a pleasant experience every time we go. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely patient with the kids and parents. They are very good at what they do and have worked miracles with one of my daughter's teeth. Highly recommend.
