Family Dentistry at Seven Hills

Despite confirming with billing before-hand that they accept Tricare Dental, they completely neglected to tell me they're not actually in-network. Very convenient choice of words to tell someone you "accept" their insurance but not let them know you're out-of-network. I'd been coming here for years under a different plan with no issue, but just got a surprise bill in the mail. During my routine cleaning, my dentist even told me that my insurance would cover a fluoride treatment at no extra cost, but thankfully I declined. The dentists themselves are great but the front desk/billing needs to communicate clearly to customers any anticipated costs BEFORE letting the dentists work on them.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years. This year without warning they sent a balance to collections without contacting me about it for a procedure that I already paid for. I’m so disappointed because this has never been an issue before. Then I found out from my mom that the same thing happened to her this year.

Went in for a filling and the dentist cracked my tooth which caused extreme pain and discomfort then had to go get that filled again. Worse dental experience I have ever went through. Tried to say I would need a root canal but it was there fault from cracking my tooth.

My full family has been going to this office for years. I'm leaving because I was incorrectly charged $50 for a missed appointment fee. My son called the office and got voice mail. Left a msg on the voice mail but I was still charged the $50. This was the 3rd time I was charged. I paid the other 2 without complaint. This time he showed me proof of the call. I told the office that I would be pulling the full family from the practice and they did nothing. They traded $50 for years of loyal customers spending Thousands over the years. Oh well on to finding a new dentist.

I was so very pleased with my first visit at this dentistry. This is the best dentist experience I’ve had to date. I would highly recommend this team of friendly professionals for your dentist who make you feel like family. They really wanted to get to know me during my first visit & made me feel very comfortable. I couldn’t say enough good things about the front office staff, Shelby & others I’ve spoken with, Dr. Fields, & Donna. Very positive experience overall! I am thrilled, excited, thankful, & grateful to be a patient in their practice. Blessed to have found this practice, thanks to my mom’s recommendation! Now, even my husband is going to go as well!
