I came in seeking a simple temporary fix for a problem tooth during a very difficult time, as I am currently in terminal care. Instead of receiving help or a logical path forward, I was met with a demand for a $221 full-mouth X-ray and no immediate resolution. When I declined the expensive imaging—which wouldn't have solved the immediate issue—the staff essentially told me to check out. There was zero effort to provide a referral to oral surgery or assist with the pain. It felt like the office was more interested in billing for diagnostics than providing actual patient care or a necessary referral. I left with the same pain I arrived with and no help. I would not recommend this office if you are looking for compassionate or practical dental treatment.

I have been receiving excellent dental care at Family Smiles Dental since first visiting a few years ago. Dr. Hope Still is awesome, and the hygienists and office staff are great also. Yesterday I had a crown and a filling done, as well as a cleaning, and the care that I received was outstanding. Love this practice!

Amazing customer service! Easy to schedule, fun waiting room with decorated pumpkins. My 4 year old daughter’s first visit was amazing. They had her name on the tv and Disney music playing when we walked in. The assistant was very friendly. Cleaning and exam went great, very clean and professional.

Ive been taking my son Jeremy here for at least 6 months and from day one they made sure that we were comfortable .. everything was explained clearly and detailed .. when I tell you I Love the entire office staff that we’ve came into contact with .. DR STILL YOU ARE AMAZING 🤩 I APPRECIATE THE TIME AND PATIENCE THAT YOU AND YOUR ASSISTANT HAVE WITH AND FOR JEREMY.. EVERYTIME HE LEAVES THE OFFICE HES SMILING 😁 If I could give out more stars I would.. There should be more people in the world like you ..

I cannot express in words how grateful I am for Dr. Stills and her staff. I feel like family when I walk in. It’s amazing to visit the dentist office and not feel nervous. On the contrary, I have so much fun. She’s an amazing dentist. And beautiful inside/out!!!! Love her personality!!!! I highly recommend Family Smiles!!!!!
