They were very sweet, and kind to my daughter and I. Took the time to figure out at the front desk, a situation that I had, very kind and willing to help. Made my daughter feel taken care of, she got the color cast she wanted, and they also gave her a little Keychain and sharpie, so her friends can sign her cast. They we're extras sweet

Our first visit for my daughter with Natalie Witte was June 22nd and she was very nice and explained things well. She wanted my daughter to get a MRI we done that and we went back today (July 6) to go over the results. She gave me pictures explained everything well and gave me places to take her for therapy.

Front desk staff were inviting and very nice! Pho Lim was amazing with my daughter while putting on her cast. He explained everything and we were extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

Don’t bother with this place if your child has a primary and secondary insurance! They will not file both! We originally went to the Hiram location. I gave them both the primary and secondary insurance information. I was told there was no copay. We saw the doctor and got referred to American Health Imaging for a MRI. The MRI appointment got canceled and rescheduled twice do you Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates dropping the ball on giving the correct insurance information. I lost 2 vacation days at work due to the rescheduling issue. My daughter finally got her MRI done and was in pain after so I called Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates to have her seen. They worked her in but didn’t have a doctor at the Hiram location so I drove over an hour to the Windy Hill location. Surprise! We get here
