This review is specifically for Lataura Atwell Small. I am extremely disappointed in the care my father received during his virtual visit with this doctor. He presented with two very concerning symptoms: a worsening wet cough and sudden, unexplained weakness and inability to transfer. Because he has muscular dystrophy, these should have been treated as potentially serious issues. Instead, the doctor brushed past his complaints and shifted the conversation toward unrelated social questions that had nothing to do with his sudden decline. No meaningful medical assessment was attempted. She recommended promethazine for a wet cough, an inappropriate choice for someone who already struggles to clear mucus, and dismissed the urgency of his weakness. Very happy with my live video medical conference call. Glenda listens to every detail with your medical needs. Then will recommend , your medications accordingly. She is very professional, courteous and polite.The call has its positive side, but , I like to have my blood pressure taken as well. I recommend this office to family and friends. She also , contacts you after the blood work is completed. Then makes changes on your medication‘s to help you.

At my visit today I met Nurse Practitioner Carrie. She patiently listened to all my concerns and addressed each one to my satisfaction. I appreciated her friendly, professional beside manor. She explained her plan of action to address each issue and I felt confident I’d been heard and understood.

I absolutely love all of Dr. Goolsby’s associates. They are the kindest, most sweetest people and most understanding. I have been with them for a very long time and they have always been there for me. There is one in particular that I’m not very fond of but to each own, but you will be cared for
