Wellstar Neurology

I have a patient who is referred to Wellstar neurology by PCP and they insisted on documentation and then a 2 to 3 day wait before they decide whether not to schedule an appointment. While they review his doctors notes So we have no idea when he will be able to see a neurologist. This is completely unacceptable

I don’t give 0 stars because the app won’t let you . I got referred to Wellstar Neurology by Wellstar ENT, Wellstar neurology said they would contact me with appointment they never did , when I go to the Douglasville location in professional prkwy to try to make an appointment they told me that the Dr Dr Hall will not see me … no explanation this neurology office is useless turning down a office visit with me never seen anything like this

I’m very confused by the single star reviews of this team and Dr Adeyeye. ONLY poor experiences were reported UNTIL now that is. First off, I have suffered with chronic migraines, severe allergies and sinus issues since childhood. 6 surgeries and decades of immunological treatments later I feel qualified to say the doctor is informed, attentive and responsive. I have lived in DC, Boston, San Fran and have been treated by specialists in NYC, Chicago and Houston. I am as comfortable with her assessments as any of theirs. She asks insightful questions, even when I report “I’m doing well Doc.” She has a command of pharmacology, pain and side effects. YAY!!! The check-in and scheduling processes are smooth and timely. It has been 4-5 years and yet I find myself thinking about this unusual and terrible outpatient visit. When I initially set up my appointment, I specifically remember telling the office that I would be coming in for seizure-like activity. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I found out that I had been marked for headaches instead and I then had to re-clarify to the doctor and my paperwork about my concerns. I visited this office in August for a nerve study. Only a portion of the study was completed, but Dr. Hall entered in his report that he performed all of it. The orthopedic surgeon consultation revealed this issue and a second nerve study was booked for today. During this visit, after discussing the fact that he did not complete the full testing at the prior visit, Dr. Hall became extremely confrontational. He went so far as to tell me I was lying and that “he would stick to his guns and I could stick to mine.” Dr. Hall stood up and left the room.
