Wellspring Walk-In Clinic

Dr. Neiberg at Wellspring is amazing! He's very knowledgeable, with so much experience. Does what's best for the patient and follows through. If he hadn't been persistent about getting the testing needed, I'm not sure how long it would have taken to find out about my tumor. He not only fought for me with that but made sure he sent me to the best neurosurgeon in the area. He has stayed active in my care and recovery. And even helping with the insurance company when I was being denied medication and scans. So helpful and caring! A true blessing!! And of course the nurse practitioner Abby was also great with getting the scan process pushed forward! And the nurse.. Irene is always so helpful and caring! I really don't know where I would be without them!!! I will be forever grateful to this t

I had a really good experience today. I took my three children for a well visit and we saw Dr.Kay. She was amazing with my kids, and I felt very comfortable with her myself. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, even the girl who did my oldest sons blood work did such a good job keeping him relaxed. I also didnt feel pressured into doing anything with my kids- which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give fewer than one star, I would. I have visited this practice four times and, unfortunately, have not had a positive experience during any visit, particularly in regard to the nursing staff. Each visit involved a different nurse, and consistently the interactions felt inattentive and unprofessional, with minimal eye contact and limited communication. During one visit, a nurse led me to the exam room by pointing to it while walking ahead of me without acknowledgment. My most recent visit was for a possible pinky toe injury. An X-ray was ordered, which showed no injury to the pinky toe but did reveal a chronic stress fracture elsewhere in my foot. I waited several days to be contacted regarding these results. If I could put something less than one star I would. I recently had an appointment and had blood work done. I was told I would get a call back, along with vms but it’s been 10 days and still haven’t received NOTHING. I had to make an account on the portal which didn’t help much considering I had to google every word because they were all medical terms. I also was prescribed a medication that needed a prior authorization. I have been back and forth with my pharmacy and this so called business. Sometimes it takes 2/3 calls to get someone to answer or can’t get anyone on the phone at all. Very very frustrating! Long story short this so called business is not even worth visiting unless you absolutely must have to. I’m stuck calling my insurance, my pharmacy and this 7 day walk in clinic becaus

I previously attempted to come to this *seven days a week* clinic for food poisoning only to find the door locked and no employees around an hour after opening. I went back today for a shoulder/upper-back injury only for the receptionist to be very disrespectful and rude. I was treated very poorly by the receptionist when I asked if there was a rough estimate of a wait time. I received zero updates for over an hour and a half! I even tried to explain the reason I was there as I usually do and was spoken over multiple times. Do not go to this clinic! The only silver lining would be the polite nurse and doctor, who also are at the other Wellspring location in town which is *much* better! If it wasn't for the fact this clinic was across the street from my work, I would have happily gone to
