This review is directed at Veronica--I'm not a client and haven't been to HearingLife for a consultation, but today I was involved in a car accident right in front of the HearingLife center. Multiple people came out to check on both of us involved in the accident so I apologize for leaving anyone out. But Veronica was among the people who came out and called emergency services, offered us water, brought tissues to the young lady who was upset, kept us company with conversation to keep us calm, and came back later with some snacks until the entire ordeal was over. If this is the kind of care a person offers to a stranger who is not a client or customer, then this is exactly the kind of person I'd want caring for me if I need hearing care. People need to know this, and so does upper mana

This is the first time I met Veronica as she Is new to the office. She was very welcoming when I came into the office. Veronica was very professional and friendly. She checked my hearing aids, gave me a hearing test, and ask if I had any questions. Before I left, she gave him your card and asked me to come back if I have had any questions or concerns.

Went in for a hearing check and had a great appointment. All of my questions answered and the staff was friendly. Probably the best customer service I've had at a doctor's office.

From the moment I walked in the door to this practice, I felt accepted and heard. Heather and Veronica were kind, courteous and helpful. I am currently in the process of trying out my new hearing aid so the jury is still out as to whether it will work for me. Thank you for two exceptional and professional employees.
