WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital

I had a wonderful experience at Waynesboro Hospital. Ended up in the ER with a bum knee. The Doc that treated and drained the fluid from my knee was top notch and the nurse who worked along with him was amazing as well. I drove myself to the ER and she wheel chaired me to my car and got me on way safely. Excellent service. Excellent competent staff. Nice work!

Idk how this place has state awards, the staff are rude and unprofessional. What ever happened to making the patient as comfortable as possible? Not snapping at them because they can't stop shaking due to hypothermia. But theyre the professionals so what do I know. They don't listen to the patient one bit, I was stuck 8 time for blood when I told them it wouldn't work with a regular needle, and mother was stuck 4 when she said the same thing. I was diagnosed with cellulitis 4 days later after being turned down by the nurses, being dismissed and tolled its just a rash or bug bite. EVEN if it was just those, you didnt have the common courtesy to look at it and help? Regardless, it was cellulitis and it was bad, spread through my entire leg. I wish theyd just listen before their ego and attit

Came into the ER with a issue involving my medication. I went to urgent care and was sent away because they can't do anything involving maintenance medication. I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott Card MD. He's one hell of a person and even better medical professional. I wish some other health care workers would take a page from his book. Appreciate the ease of things and the prompt attention. If you happen to see this Scott thank you again.

Go here if you don’t expect treatment. The emergency room didn’t run a single test on my 2 year old who has been throwing up for a week and won’t eat or drink. Had the nerve to ask why he was even brought in because it’s “just a virus” but yet how would they know that because NO TESTING OF ANY KIND WAS DONE! Staff are rude, and unprofessional

Rosanna Pau is the worst hospital physician I’ve ever met. A family member of mine has had her twice now and she only gets worse, not better. She’ll stand in your door way and talk to the floor then leave. She doesn’t take any problems seriously. Her bedside manner just isn’t good. Her and her nurse decided to talk badly about my family member RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Unprofessional and rude! The staff will also make jokes like “Oh look, you get another nonverbal patient”. Very rude considering my family member was coming out of a seizure and couldn’t speak right afterwards. Had a nurse here before who accused my family of kidnapping my gf just because she was from a different state. The ICU at this hospital is amazing tho! ED…not so much.
