They’ve gone downhill. I started bringing my children here about 6 years ago. They were great. Attentive, knowledgeable, on point. Recently, I feel like the staff is incapable of critical thinking to help resolve issues. It’s as if their office processes are clunky and disjointed and that results in time wasted on the patient’s end. I’m a single parent and simply don’t have time for that. I need the professionals to share their knowledge and expertise and steer the ship. I’m not the professional in this situation, but now I’m tasked with doing the leg work. And when I’ve expressed these concerns to the staff it’s as if no one really cares to help get an answer. It’s as if they’re shrugging their shoulders over the phone, like- I dunno. Sorry. Receptionist was nice, but the pediatrician was dismissive and assumptive. Did not actually conduct an exam of my child and blamed the long standing GI issues on "some virus" that would resolve in "5-7" days. Didn't even palpate his stomach or listen to it. We spent all the time to make and attend the appointment, the money for the insurance and visit to be rushed out the door with no actual exam or diagnosis.

I have loved this practice and recommended to every new mother I know but I will no longer be doing that. I moved over an Hour away and still chose to take my children here. I put up with sitting in a room an hour before the doctor would come in. Every single time I call in to make or cancel an appointment now I catch an attitude. Ever since they have been hiring new employees it has been awful. They are rude and not personable at all. Kindness goes a long way and my patience is worn thin. I will be pulling my children immediately

My first experience was a wonderful one! Dr. Khalil treated us with so much respect and kindness. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who has children and are looking for a great pediatrician. All of the staff here are very warm and friendly. The nurses behind the desk did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed. Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience and I really look forward to building a relationship with Dr. Khalil as my son's pediatrician.

This place has screwed me over. I have gone there since I was 5 years old and at first, it was decent and we didn't run into any problems. But when I was about 12, they prescribed me onto a medication I took for for six years, and they consistently informed me that it was fine for me to take long-term. When I was 18, they said to me, "I cannot believe you have been on this medication for so long... It is extremely dangerous for your health to take it for more than eight weeks." This, they said, despite the fact that THEY PRESCRIBED ME ONTO IT FOR SIX YEARS. Then, for a separate issue a year later, they prescribed me onto two other medications. Knowing what had happened to me before, I made it a point to ask, "Are these safe to take together?" The doctor assured me that it was totally fine.
