CVS Pharmacy

Forty-five minutes to wait for a prescription after being told it would be ten minutes is unacceptable. It turns out, the order was put in the drive-thru pick up bin by mistake even though I was standing at the counter the whole time. No apology from the cashier. All of this nonsense while 7 people were behind the counter preparing orders. Had the cashier at least apologized and taken responsibility for the error, I would have overlooked it and not left a poor review.

I typically have excellent service in the Waynesboro store. The staff are always very nice, pleasant, professional and willing to help me find products and answer my questions, when I need assistance. Thank you all and have a blessed day!!

Worst pharmacist I've ever spoken to. Extremely rude & ignores all doctors notes. Will not prescribe medication based on personal assumptions. This should be illegal. They do not care about your health here. If your medication will affect your health if you miss a dose. Pay the extra $ for better service elsewhere.

By far the worst service ever. Always a long line. No one answers the telephone in pharmacy and staff in pharmacy always take a long tome to service people.

After surviving the loss of two of my children, cancer, a divorce and several other life-changing events it feels as though as soon as the pharmacy team sees the medication’s that I’m on they treat me as if I’m a scum of the Earth !! I hate the stereotyping that doctors and pharmacy staff put on to patients. Ethan, my current psychologist refers me to other pharmacies and refuses to send me to CVS because of his experience consistently with his patience having problems.
