Fantastic place. Dr. Rarrick and the staff are very nice. They make you feel like family. I never thought I would have to get braces in my late 50s, but the experience has been really good!

All staff members have been very pleasant and helpful every office visit. Very personable. Provides thorough explanations. Always on time. They’ve also done an excellent job of putting my daughter at ease as she doesn’t typically like any sort of dental procedures.

Very Preliminary to be doing a review, but our first visit was indeed a great one. I would have to say the only negative at this point is that the parents can not go back with the young children when they are having procedures due to the "Open" area work set up they have in the back. This was the first I had seen multiple patients in a "bullpen" type setting. My daughter really likes the environment so far, the Doctor was very kind and explained things so that she could also understand. She is looking forward to going back and is very confident they can help her.

My daughter is nearing the end of her 5 year orthodontic journey with this office. We recently moved which made the commute to Waynesboro much closer than the Gettysburg office. I had an appt on Monday and called that same day to see if they could switch our appt to their Waynesboro office instead of Gettysburg, which they happily did, at such short notice, which nowadays is something not everyone will accommodate. With moving comes chaos.... I totally wrote down the wrong appt time of 9:40am when the appt was at 9:20am. I called on my way to appt to let them know we would be 10mins late and without hesitation they happily said that was ok. I work in the medical field and I know how frustrating it can be to have late patients and last minute changes to the schedule. I truly appreciate th
