WellSpan Urgent Care - Waynesboro

No one there and did nothing but RUSH. Lucky to spend 1-2 minutes in the room with you!! I'm so tired of wasting money on doctor's offices when you NEVER see a doctor anymore! They don't take anytime with you and always in a rush but want that MONEY for absolutely nothing!

Wonderful experience this week at urgent care for my step daughter. She had a sports physical done and the front desk did ask me about guardianship which was unexpected but understood. Quick call to mom and we got back quickly. The male nurse and female provider were excellent. Very thorough.

Only 2 people ahead of us in the waiting room. Was told there were enough providers and it wouldn’t be long. An hour and a half later, still waiting in the exam room. Dr came in and told us the X-ray tech would be right with us. 15 mins later, she comes in. Very unhappy with the wait.

The nurses and doctor was really fast at getting my kids in and out. Very kind and sweet to my kids

Had a really bad experience at this urgent Care almost 2 years ago and ended up getting my second visit refunded to me after I talked to the supervisor. I was really sick a few weeks ago and did not have the time to drive out to Hagerstown like I usually do if myself or family need to go to an urgent care so I decided to give them another try. Although the experience was much better with the staff I still did not get an antibiotic that I know I needed. I left and did the hot water gargle like she told me. 6 days later I'm still not feeling well so I decided to call in and ask if I can get an antibiotic which I'm told I have to come back in and then the girl hangs up on me before I can ask her what is a good time to stop up.
