WellSpan Urgent Care - Shrewsbury

There was just a short wait. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and the Doc were great. I was in and out in less then 1 hour. Meds were sent promptly to the pharmacy. I would recommend going to wellspan urgent care before going to the hospital. Note, this was during the flu season.

I had a really wonderful experience here. The wait times were short. Nurse Perez was amazing and so kind and really took her time listening and asking me questions about what was going on. All of the team members I interacted with were so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them it was a really good experience overall.

Great care! I had Nurse Practitioner Candace and she was awesome. She really cares and was probably the only person to actually help me. I wish she was a PCP so I could switch over to her. Definitely would recommend this facility.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sent my grandfather who had stage 4 kidney cancer home and said that he looked completely healthy, then I go in there to get treated for a horrible stomach problem and they treated me like I was a junkie, all because of how I was dressed and because I have tattoos and piercings, I asked the nurse what she could do to help me because I was in a lot of lower abdomen pain, and she said "well, I'm not prescribing you anything, that's not happening" I DON'T WANT YOUR PILLS, I WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH ME AND DO YOUR JOB. Then she compared me to her daughter and said that "your just a kid, and you probably just have anxiety, my daughter had that" yeah well I highly doubt your daughter woke up in so much pain every morning that she co

I went in for a piercing that my body rejected (my tragus). I had Sarah and she made this very painful removal bearable. She was very personable and compassionate. She spent time with me to get it out. She got it out and showed excitement as much as I did. Thank you Sarah for your patience, compassion, and the laughs.
