Integrative Massage Therapy

Michelle is the best massage therapist I've seen. She takes the time to understand my complex medical issues and just seems to have a sense of what my body needs. She is awesome at offering self-care suggestions and always takes the time to make sure my questions are answered. I can't say enough good about her!

Michelle is an excellent massage therapist. She is well educated in many types of massage from relaxation, craniosacral, reflexology, therapeutic techniques and myofascial release therapy. Her massages are truly therapeutic interventions. She helped me recover more easily from a total knee replacement. Michelle does an excellent thorough intake and educates her clients on the why's and how's of massage techniques. She has online scheduling which makes it very convenient to choose what massage you desire on a date and time you desire.

I recently booked a massage with Michelle based on her proximity and array of services offered. I was thoroughly impressed with her depth of knowledge in anatomy and techniques. The therapeutic massage relieved tension and Michelle was very responsive to my desired level of pressure. I look forward to my next appointment!
