WellSpan Urgent Care

This urgent care didnt even see me for a UTI problem i had to go straight to the emergency room and wait for hours and hours and eveytime I sign out of. The emergency room because I don't have a ride ever hopper only runs from 6:30 to 6:30 pm I always. Gotta wage out timing and it's not it I lived in ct they treated me quickly for a uti and I'm PREGNANT 💯 I'm This close to being done altogether this state sucks

Great PA’s- thoughtful and thorough! Great bedside manners. That’s where it ends. This UC has the most incompetent office staff. I rarely give bad reviews, but I’ve never experienced such ineptness in an office staff. Too many examples to give and details I don’t choose to leave on Google. Please go through your staff and do some training, and then retrain… and then train some more.

A big shout out to Rebecca Grose who treated me on Monday morning and made it possible for me to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving. I appreciate you and the entire staff at Wellspan and all that you do. I see soooo many negative reviews on here and I don't get it. I've been here several times over the years and have always had courteous and kind caring. Again, Thank You!

DO NOT GO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This place used to be alright but my last two visits were horrible. First time the wait wasn't bad went for a tooth infection they ended up giving me the wrong antibiotics and I ended up in the ER. Second time I went in for female problems because it was the weekend and I couldn't get to my gyno. Waited 2 and half hours. The staff are extremely judgmental and they aren't afraid to tell you and be rude. Completely unprofessional and don't care about any of their patients.

Thank the Lord for urgent care! We have had plenty of positive experiences here, be it for strep testing in winter time with our littles or checking to see if an arm was dislocated. We are so thankful for a place to go that is generally faster than the ER. It has to be a challenging job with people coming and going all day. Bless you all!
