Great experience today with Dr. Farmer.. As a new patient it was a super easy check with no waiting. Very friendly and professional staff. If you are looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Farmer. I think she has a very bright future.
The staff members were personable and welcoming. Dr. Farmer took her time during this visit and reviewed procedures and results.Treatment options were also explained clearly and consideration was given to my questions and comments. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive visit.
Jenna was very thorough and informative. Professional and kind. I felt comfortable with her approach when providing the detailed information. i definitely would recommend her.
I felt comfortable, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Farmer did a very thorough exam to address the issue.
Appointment was punctual, no waiting. Technician and doctor were pleasant and efficient.
