I am somewhat new to the area, looking for a dentist, and just had the best dental experience ever! Dr. Snyder was so thorough to explain an issue with my tooth and my hygienist, Kate was so attentive to my concerns and anxiety about possible needed procedures. I left the chair and immediately made an appointment for a check up for my kiddos. What a great place!

I had an experience here in 2019 that never sat right with me and as time passes just seems more suspicious to me. I believe that I may have been either incorrectly and/or unnecessarily over-diagnosed with cavities so that they could make more money off me. I’ve lived in many different states and had about a dozen different dentists over the years in those various cities and states, and have always gotten my regular dental cleanings. Every single dentist I’ve ever seen has told me I had zero cavities, both before this happened and in the years since. I’ve never had any real problems with my teeth, to be honest. When I was seen at Brookpark Dental Arts, the dentist there told me I had like at least ten or more cavities! I was shocked but believed and trusted them that they were telling the

I really wish I had a better review for Dr.Snyder and Brookpark dental arts. I've gone here for years but have since left due to the poor quality of work and services that I've received time and time again. EVERY time I went for a cleaning, they would tell me that I had cavities. MULTIPLE cavaites. One tooth in particular I had filled, it cracked, ended up getting infected and I needed a root canal. Two other people in my family also go here, both are always told they have cavities and have also gotten them filled and had a tooth crack-get infected. I understand that accidents happen, but there was a time in particular that a drill was dropped (on one of the family members mentioned above) on her chin and it left a mark. Dr. Brooke Snyder is GREAT! I had a dental procedure performed at another local dentist office about two years ago that left me in constant pain. I went to a second dentist who recommended I just chew on the other side of my mouth. When the pain did not improve, he performed a procedure which made the pain worse. The dentist then declined to finish the procedure and recommended I have the tooth extracted. Dr. Snyder made some adjustments to my tooth, placed a crown and the pain is almost gone. I can actually chew on the right side of my mouth after almost 2 years. I am forever grateful. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I have been to different dentists in the past, but I have to say that Dr. Snyder is the best dentist around. Not only is his work exceptional, but he is also a wonderful person. It's because of him that I can smile with confidence. His staff is also fabulous, and they always make you feel like you are the most important patient they have. All in all, there will never be another dentist for my husband and me.
