My husband is in UPMC Williamsport for GI bleeding. I have called and the UPMC GI Dr called about him being on plavix. That was given him by Dr Stefan a year ago. No response any time we have called. Upsetting when another Dr/hospital calls about Dr Stefans patient who is anemic, having GI bleeds and not getting a response. This is the 3rd time this year the bleed issue has occured.

Today I met with Alicia RN, and Janine NP! I give both of them 5 stars! They were very warm and friendly but exceptional in their skill level! I could not have been more impressed! Both my wife and I were grateful for the thorough exam and exceptional competence in every way! If I had a choice, I would pick them both all over again as the best choice!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl Jen W is very rude and disrespectful. She hung on me and when I called back she act as if she did not know it was me but was able to tell me my birthday and insurance company. Get rid of that lady because she does not belong in customer service. No telephone etiquette whatsoever and don’t talk with gum in your mouth while on the phone. The smacking was very annoying!!!!😡😡
