I just want everyone to know that Dr Shane Lohss is the best PCP i have ever had!! There are many important factors that a great dr should have, and he has all of them!! Being super knowledgeable about medicines and treatments is very important, check, he is fantastically knowledgeable but, what is most important to me is how amazing his bed side manner is. I can talk to my Dr, really talk to him. I feel comfortable discussing whatever I need to with him, thid is the most comfortable I have ever felt with any dr. Thank you, Dr. Lohss!!! This is what is important to me. Keep doing what you are doing good sir!!! I appreciate you very much!!!

Completely betrayed and heart broken is how I describe my experience there. They have bullying behaviors starting at the very top with their practice administrator Ronda. I was bullied multiple times by various staff members and reported it multiple times. She retaliated by sending several letters to my house telling me they were going to kick me out of the practice if I didn’t stop communicating with the doctor on the portal. The front office staff, one lady in particular, I don’t know her name, but she had grey hair to the middle of her neck made rude comments to me on two occasions and the doctors nurse AJ rolled her eyes at me for just standing in front of her I didn’t even say anything to her. I also had a billing issue and whoever schedules appointments didn’t call me to do so. O

Dr. Jennifer Miller doesn’t seem to care about patients at all. She does not listen to concerns or bother with even pretending to be kind or cordial with patients. The front desk staff is nice. Very strict late policy, so dont be late even by a couple minutes. and you only get 15 minutes max with the doctor so you better talk fast and hope for the best. Oh and they never have availability for sick appointments and will just refer you to urgent care. Better off not even bothering with them

This facility appears to be careless when it comes to newer patients. I have experienced some issues that lead me to look elsewhere. My first time I was there, I had some abnormal blood work results. I got an automated response telling me to do things I have already been doing for years. When I reached out, staff didn't seem to think it was a big issue. When that doctor left, I was not notified until I reached out to schedule another appointment. Fortunately, I was placed with another provider that time. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I tested positive for COVID, I tried to send my doctor a message through the portal to let them know, only to find out that that doctor had also left and I was no longer a patient at the facility. Thank goodness I wasn't very sick! Long story

With all the negative reviews, I needed to respond. My family has been going to Valley Green for nearly 10 years. During that time, we have found the office to be responsive, helpful, and thorough. To me, the most important factor in a family doctor is trust and relationship. Jennifer Miller has been terrific and has developed a good rapport with our family. My 8 y/o son actually looks forward to going to the office. The nurses and Mrs. Miller always ask about him even when he's not with us. In addition, they remember him and his interests. I appreciate the straight talk Mrs. Miller gives and is very easy to discuss any issues. She is there to help us, not entertain us. I value her opinion and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
