Totally open concept. First time seeing this layout of a store. Entire isle dedicated to 75% off.

I had surgery early this morning, pain medication and antibiotics were sent to pharmacy around 9am. I called at 3pm to ask if medication was ready as I was due for a doses of both medications at 3:30 and at 4pm. My husband went to pick them up he was told to come back. at 7pm. When he tried to explain why we needed the medication he was VERY rudely told that he wasn’t getting them now and to just come back as he was told… I let my doctor know what was going on and he’s recommending going to the ER to try to get back on top of the pain. This entire experience has been nothing but a huge inconvenience for myself and my family who has to drive me around. Totally unacceptable, especially all the rudeness and bad attitudes. I already had a bad enough day getting my arm operated on…

This is the slowest, worst, pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. My prescriptions are NEVER filled on time. I’m constantly asked to come back in the next 30 mins. Sometimes I even wait 24 hrs to pick up and they are still not ready. The staff are constantly rude and look annoyed that I’m there for my prescriptions, and I’m pretty sure they overcharge. I Got the same script and same amount from the rite aid in New Cumberland and it is almost 2xs cheaper there. I didn’t even realize that was possible. My husband has had 2 experiences with the actual pharmacist there within the last month. Once was over the phone and the guy hung up on my husband. The most recent was today he went to pick up my prescription, gave my name and birthday and he goes, “you don’t look like an Amanda.

As of right now, I'm still on the phone waiting for someone to answer for the third time today. I've called during what Google maps says is the least busy time, (I understand that isn't always accurate). I understand being short staffed, but at least answer your phone. In pharmacy is no better, the lines are ridiculous. Waiting 20 minutes just for someone to answer a phone is nuts! Folks need their prescriptions, and the service here is terrible.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy. I tried for over an hour and no one picked up, it just kept telling me I was next in queue and then would ring and ring. I needed refills and could not go to the location. I called the store end and they transferred me internally and wouldn’t ya know, answered on the first ring. I asked if there was another way I could try and contact them and she told me that because it’s a floating pharmacist, no one has time to answer the phones. I said “so people that aren’t in person can’t put in refills?” And she said “no, we just aren’t answering phones. If you want to call corporate and tell them to hire someone, you are more than welcome.” She had a condescending tone and the other girl with her laughed in the background.
