WellNow Urgent Care

I took my 3 y/o to WellNow Urgent Care because his doctor’s office was closed, and we had such a great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment online with plenty of immediate availability. We were taken back right away even though we arrived a little late. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, and they went out of their way to make my son feel comfortable in a new environment. As a parent, that meant everything to me. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this location, especially for families with young children.

Ramone at the front desk was wonderful, I forget the doctors name who saw us but I was really impressed. Everything was clean, organized and very professional. The staff was extremely courteous and caring. We didn't wait long and the entire visit was better than I could have asked for. Really well done!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Urgent Care! I arrived shortly before their 8am opening and they promptly opened the doors at 8. Having never been there before the checkin process was smooth and simple. I was taken to an exam room immediately after and the tech, Angus C., came in took my vitals and reviewed why I was there. Within a couple of minutes the PA, Patrick V, came in examined me and ordered a chest X-ray. The X-ray tech was called and had to come from the Irondequoit location and she arrived and saw me within 15 minutes. Patrick then reviewed everything with me and prescribed two medications for the infection that I was dealing with. Truly a 5 Star experience with true professionals who really care and a beautiful and clean facility!

I called ahead asking about xray capability and was told it is available. I arrived 10 minutes later, was checked in and sent to a room immediately. Within 15 minutes I met with Lauren Flynn and was sent over for imaging. Everyone across the board was very polite, attentive and explained options very clearly. Great experience.

This is by far the best urgent care in the Webster area! I got there right after they opened and they got me in right away. From the front desk Receptionist, to the Nurse to the Doctor, all was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional! I will make the extra drive as my new go to for urgent care!
