WellNow Urgent Care

I made an appointment before coming in (about 45 min in advance of appt time) and was taken back as soon as I came in. The nurse was very nice and professional. The provider was kind and sympathetic to my problem. She immediately understood the problem and effectively provided a solution - medication. The medication prescription was quickly sent to my pharmacy. Whole process from intake to leaving was probably an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. No wait and last minute appointment honored, and problem identified and solved effectively. Very satisfied!

I would strongly caution against using Wellnow Urgent Care, particularly if you are a **Kaleida Health employee. I rarely post negative reviews, but after giving this company and its billing department multiple opportunities over several months to correct an issue, I feel it is important to share my experience. WellNow has repeatedly billed my Highmark Kaleida insurance as out-of-network, despite the fact that Highmark has confirmed that WellNow is in-network under this plan. Highmark acknowledged the error earlier this year and informed me in January that they were working directly with WellNow to resolve the issue. Good morning! I was at Well Now for a sprained pinky toe and they did a stellar job of being timely, attentive, and ensuring all of my needs were met and above all else ensured that I was comfortable. Best urgent care visit experience I’ve had in terms of structure and organization and staff management!

Had a very brief wait...filled out registration while waiting. A nurse greeted me and took me to exam room. Her name was immediately..I think. She was super nice and smiled nicely while asking questions. The doctor was in in 10 minutes. Very thorough, asked a lot of questions and gave a very thorough exam. He gave me 2 scripts and explained what they were for, he had a pleasant professional attitude. A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE,! WHEN IN NEED THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE. A BIG THANKS!!!

I had a telemedicine appt and was greeted by extremely caring friendly and professional staff and was seen straight away and the lady who helped me with the virtual doctor was super caring and nice and I was nervous to go there at first because it was my first time but they all really made me feel amazing and better given that I was sick. I’m so happy and thankful for them all. Also they have free mango slushies and one of the nice ladies said I could have whatever I wanted and that also made me even more happy.
