Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be great but quickly declined, especially after they took over rite aid customers. They keep you waiting on hold forever. I spent over an hour on hold only to get hung up on. They bounce you around from person to person and half the time no one knows what’s going on. Some of the staff behind their pharmacy counter talk to you with an attitude. They are either understaffed, over worked or not trained but whatever it is, the store needs to address it.

Although it is a competent pharmacy, I do miss my Rite-Aid. I miss the personable reactions ya get, and here they barely remember ya if they do at all. And to get them on the phone is nearly impossible, even though ya have to wait very long on hold.

This is the worst pharmacy. You will wait 30+ mins be it your inside or in the drive thru. They will delay almost all your prescriptions. They will not follow up with you if you have a dr issue or insurance issue. Unfortunately I cant switch to CVS because they dont work with my insurance. I hate this place.

Highly recommend that no one uses Walgreens. Scripts are consistently wrong, the waits are always 30-45 minutes and the workers always seem to have an issue with every costumer.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Store is bright and clean. I will definately be returning.
