Sheridan Manor Nursing Home

This place is filthy. There is no clean linen or atleast looks clean. All linen looks like it has been soiled. Staff refuses to help patients and will ignore call light for as long as possible. Staff also does not make sure medicine is given on time as needed. You get a choice of either sheets or a blanket not both. Also linen doesn’t fit the beds. This place over all looks like it is falling apart and is digusting and I definitely would not recommend anyone send their loved ones here if they possibly have a choice. I wouldn’t even use this place as a last resort.

This place is the worst I would never recommend anyone to send a loved one there. It is filthy 🤧 and the nurses and aid that work the don't care at all about the patients I would give this place a negative star review if possible I don't know how this place can still be open.they really need to take a good look into this place and close it down

My Mother was a resident at what was formally Sheridan Manor in 2014 for rehab. It was a horrible place and I had her removed from there as soon as I could. The care was horrible and so was the building. Fast forward to 2017. I had to to put my mother into a rehab and the only one that was available was now Safire Of the Northtowns. We were in tears thinking we were going to that awful place again. I went in there the first day and with my mother and saw nothing had changed. We got there on the weekend. I had conversations with the powers that be and told them about the experience a few years ago and was assured that things are changing because of new owners. I had a meeting with them and told them that I would like nothing more than to have them change my mind of the level of care

This is place is dirty and disgusting - do NOT use this facility for anyone you care about! My mother's room had NO heat in the middle of winter, she was supposed to be on a diabetic diet that they ignored, her medications were not distributed on time and they often had to be reminded, she was promised a television that never came, the controls on her bed did not work, the staff would lie and say they had taken care of changing her bandages (when they hadn't) so often that we began dating them and taking a photo as proof that it wasn't done. No one in our family has a good thing to say about this despicable, smelly, filthy place!

You don’t love your family member if you place them in this hellhole!!
