WellNow Urgent Care

The first time I went to Wellnow years ago I had a horrible experience and left in tears. However, we returned recently for my daughter and I was shocked at how wonderful the experience was. No wait, kind staff and the physician (Michael Montagna) made her feel comfortable and had the best sense of humor. Returned this week for myself and had the same easy going experience.

Best emergency care center ever!!! I highly recommend if you are in need of minor care!! I can’t believe how fast I was in and out.. Of course it was not that busy. However anywhere else still would have taken a great deal of time, even my regular doc office takes a while, these guys get you in and out.. They don’t lag around and they are the sweetest people.. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with nothing but kindness.. I wish other facilities would take notes from this place.. Thank you so much to all of you at the Rome NY Wellnow!!! You guys are amazing!!!

I’ve had good experiences here, but lately the staff has been less than friendly. At every other wellnow, if you make an appointment you can get right back when you arrive. Here it apparently doesn’t matter. I was told that it wasn’t an ‘appointment’ just a spot in line (even though on the website they are called an appointment…?) and there are walkins that are in front of me. So did I reserve a spot in line or not? I have kids so made an appointment so that I could get right in. Wellnow needs to figure itself out in Rome. Not impressed with how I was treated.

I was very surprised with the care and courtesy the receptionist's had for us. It took a little while to get back in the room. But once we were there, it moved along really quick, and everyone's attitude was very nice for once. Usually they seem really rushed and aggravated, but none of them gave me that impression this time, so very impressed by the level of care.Im very appreciative.

This was the best dr's visit I've ever had. I'm a severe asthmatic and had been sick for a week, unable to clear my lungs. The Dr I saw was compassionate and helped me recover quickly.
