I went for pelvic floor therapy after having 3 kids in a short period of time. I was having a lot of pain and limited movement and other issues that come with pelvic floor pain. I saw Cortlynn and she was the sweetest soul! She made me feel comfortable, understood and heard. I was supposed to go for 8 weeks, but after 5 weeks of consistently doing my exercises and following her instructions my pain went to almost 0 and I could do things I hadn’t been able to after having kids. Again, Cortlynn was amazing!

Words cannot express my deep appreciation for Cortland. She was so patient with me and taught me so much regarding my body and how it works! I’ve been suffering for several years with pelvic floor issues and with lots of hard work we worked together to get my confidence and life back. I can now /enjoy/ time with my family and play with my children without worries or issues! She is a true gem in this world and I say every women (particularly those who have given birth) should go to pelvic floor therapy- ESPECIALLY to Cortland!

These people are great! Took me from non- weight bearing (right) to ambulating normal.I feel confident walking and doing stairs. I graduated! Hailey was phenomenal! I told her where my pain was and she addressed it and gave me exercises and stretches that helped. She kept it challenging and fun. She needs a raise!! Very nice person and wonderful therapist!

I'd worried that certain negative experiences in my past would make it difficult for me to benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy, but I am so glad I decided to give it a chance. Cortlynn put me instantly at ease. Over the several months that we worked together, I learned a lot about my body (particularly the impact of prolonged stress) and saw continuous improvement in my symptoms. I was also discharged with a simple, realistic long-term care plan I am confident I can maintain. Highly recommend!
