Aspen Dental - Rome, NY

My experience with Aspen Dental was great. Everyone is friendly and smiling and makes me want to smile back , they are very competent and know what they are doing. I am glad that they are able to help me with my dental issues. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anybody who has issues with their teeth thank you so much

I scheduled an appointment because I wanted a routine cleaning. When I got there they brought me in for X-rays. Personally I prefer not to get X-rays but they said they needed to do them before they proceeded with any care, so I obliged. They brought me into a room sat me down in the chair like I was going to get my cleaning, but instead played an infomercial about ASPEN Dental. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. Then the dentist came in, told me my bottom teeth were crooked and that one of my back teeth had a small chip in it. She explained to me the benefits of Invisalign, showed me a before and after model of what my teeth would look like after Invisalign, and also told me I would need a cap for my back tooth that was “broken” (small chip I wasn’t aware of.) Mind you I just came in because

They say they have appt to get you in the door but then schedule you out multiple weeks. I came in for a specific thing but they seemed more focused on doing their normal upsell routine. Spent almost 3 hours to get scheduled for an appointment. Insurances list as a doctor name but when you call it goes to this chain. Only use as last resort.

Great experience from walking in the door to existing. Booked on line my appointment was for 8am. I arrived early at 7:40 I was getting X-rays. Told them I wanted total teeth replacement. The Dr went over everything with me totally professionally. The secretary showed me all my options. Molds were taken. My operation to remove teeth and receive my new ones is in a week.I was out of there at 9:10 All the employees were very professional.

Absolutely fantastic place. I walked in horribly embarrassed, needing serious dental care from cleaning to surgery and dental appliances - and that’s what I’ve gotten. Their staff are skilled, kind and their equipment is state of the art. Tiffiny and Ashley (office managers) are the best. They are knowledgeable, pleasant and always make the time to make sure I’m taken care of. Tiffiny is the deal maker, Tell her “Trouble” sent ya. She’ll know who I am.
