WellNow Urgent Care

I have used WellCare before and my family as well. I was able to get an appointment quickly for this visit but I did have to wait quite awhile for the actual Dr. to see me. However the care given was very attentive and the medical treatment given to me was great. The staff has always been polite and caring, and they followed up with me to see how Ivwas feeling.

Very happy with my first time visit. Appt was at 1:40p and visit was completed by 2:30p. Each staff member was polite and pleasant. The on-line scheduling made sign in easy with Heather. Denise(PA) was thorough with her exam and the Assistant took a good history and description of the event that led me there. This was a very positive experience.

Tonight I had to make an appointment for my 10 year old son. He has been sick for 6 days and on antibiotics that St. Mary's urgent care in St. Johnsville prescribed him 5 days ago. He started to feel worse tonight, and since we had a terrible experience at St. Marys, I didnt want to re-visit them and chance getting same provider as the last time. WellNow was phenomenal with my son, and he suffers from severe anxiety. They gifted him 3 sports stress balls. The nurse was patient and kind, and the provider was amazing as well. My 10 year old was so grateful for their kindness and patience, he asked me to write a review so other kids who might also feel stressed out about going to the doctor will know that this place iz safe and comfortable for kids. I recently broke my foot and I am out of state. Even though the portal for my insurance company wasn’t working well, we managed to get ahold of them and I was In and out quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer fresh coffee, frozen drinks and a Pac-Man game 👍 Very refreshing for the patients . Hopefully I won’t have to go there again but if in the future I need medical attention I will definitely go back to WeLLNOW URGENT Care

Very pleased with the service I received. All the employees, nurses and doctors have always been very good. If you’re sick and can’t get into your primary doctor I highly recommend them.
