Walgreens Pharmacy

The Herkimer Walgreens Pharmacy has been really great. There is usually a short wait, but their level of customer service is top-notch. When I didn't have insurance, they helped me find the best deals to reduce the cost to something more affordable. They will make personal calls to make sure I am aware when an important medication is ready for pick-up. I can tell that they care and put my best interest first.

After letting the pharmacy staff know I recently moved to the area, they were extremely helpful and kind!! Made me feel glad I've used Walgreens for as long as I have!! 😍

I went in to drop a package for FedEx at 3:35 p.m. I waited at the FedEx counter for several minutes and no one saw me so I walked around the store for another three or four minutes before I found Sherry stocking shelves. I asked if she could help me at the FedEx drop off counter. She looked at me annoyed, said nothing and walked towards the counter. The only words she spoke to me were I need your phone number. No greeting no thank you no nothing. She would be fired on the spot from my company. Meanwhile another employee came to the counter and asked her if she needed help. She grunted to him that she had it. Without turning to face me he said just so you know it won't be picked up till tomorrow. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. We spend several thousand of dollars here ea

Friendly staff. Terrible hours of operation. Constantly struggles to get basic medicines in stock. Very inconvenient.
