WellNow Urgent Care

I’ve seen negative comments about this urgent care and was hesitant to come here. My husband had been there previously with great results so I decided to give it a try. They were excellent-from the receptionist who was pleasant and helpful, to the PA who was professional and provided great information. The Dr listened to exactly what I had been experiencing and fully examined me. She explained everything to me and put me at ease. I would not hesitate to go back if needed or recommend this location.

I had a very professional and thorough evaluation at WELL NOW on 1/20/2026. Making the appointment on line was super easy I got into an appointment within an 1/2 hour of looking on line. Check in was smooth and I was seem right away. The evaluation was thorough and made me feel at ease given all my symptoms. The PA called me twice after I did not answer the 1 phone call. She wanted to make sure I knew the results of the X-ray and the additional diagnosis. I would highly recommend this WELLNOW on Transit in East Amherst.

Wonderful experience. Better than emergency room. I’m very clean, Professional , knowledgeable I actually had fun being there. If that makes sense. The staff was awesome. I laughed from the time I came in until the time I left I forgot about my problem. I have been there twice before and it was a wonderful experience for me then which is why I drove past so many others and went straight to that location again and once again this was a wonderful experience.

Kayla is wonderful I have seen her there a few times and she remembered me and has been helpful everytime which is breath of fresh air. I am still waiting on my new pcp and it has been nice being cared for like I was seeing a primary. Everyone there is very friendly too. Great location. I have closer options but go there because of the people there like Kayla.

WellNow Urgent Care was great. I was there on a Saturday evening & expecting a wait. I was pleasantly surprised. After completing my check in I saw Kayla who treated me. She was so personable and professional. I would definitely go there again. (Hopefully I won't have to though.)
