WellNow Urgent Care

I made an appointment early on a Friday morning, and I was able to see Ryan on time. He was very professional and ordered an antibiotic. The receptionist was also wonderful. My lab results came quickly, and the prescription worked. The only part I did not like was when I received a text a day or two later saying they were going to charge my bank card an additional $53. No explanation as to what the charges were for. I blocked the payment and will wait to see if I get a bill.

My experience at WellNow Urgent Care in Clifton Park was wonderful. I was able to make an appointment online when my child wasn’t feeling well. You can walk in too, but making the appointment was quick and easy. Once we arrived we were checked in right away and waited in the waiting area for only a few minutes. We were called back at our appointment time and helped right away. All the staff was very nice and took time to ask questions to see why we were there. The Nurse Practitioner was great too. My child had a swab sent out to the lab. I received the lab results online and got a call from one of the Physician’s assistants regarding the lab results. I am thankful for the kindness, timeliness and care we received at this facility. I would recommend going to WellNow Urgent Care to anyone

I was a walkin last Saturday at WelllNow Urgent Care in Clifton Park, NY. The front desk registered me; there were not many people ahead of me. The person who registered me was sick; I was not. Because I have been battling lymphoma, I told her I was not comfortable signing the tablet (which she had not disinfected) with my finger. She gave me a stylus to sign with, but the nurse behind her rolled her eyes. I then asked if I could wait in my car until it was my turn because I am compromised. She said it would be fine, and that she would text me when it was my turn. I asked her a couple of times that it was a text I would be receiving. I went to my car and continually checked for a text which never came. I then went inside to check, and the response was that she had texted me 4 or 5

I had such a great experience at WellNow last night. We just moved to the area and had no idea where to go, and I’m so glad we ended up here. I came in right before closing and needed 3 stitches, and the entire team was incredibly kind, calm, and professional despite the late hour. We were in and out within an hour, which was impressive given the timing. Everyone made me feel comfortable and never rushed, and the care was excellent from start to finish. I’m really grateful for how smoothly everything went—this is exactly what urgent care should be. Thank you to the whole staff!

I've visited this WellNow location a few times, but I'm writing this review in reference to a visit back in May 2025. At the time I was in the early weeks of pregnancy and experiencing a sharp pain that felt unusual and would not go away. I was a bit hesitant to go to urgent care because I thought my concerns might be dismissed due to the pregnancy. Luckily, the staff at WellNow was very kind and not at all dismissive - they ended up recommending I go to the ER and helped speed up the process of getting me admitted. Turns out I needed surgery, so I'm grateful that I came here first and that I was treated with care.
