Dr. G and Jennifer at the front desk, along with Trish are amazing people. I am a chicken and they made me feel like a friend. I felt at ease and I expected nerves but none came. I’m having a few things done gulp, but feel I will get through it easily with them working together. I cannot say enough. My coworkers have been telling me about their dentists and how much they dislike them. Well, I passed along Dr G’s number and high praise. If you are looking for an amazing staff and a dentist who asks questions and explains every aspect of the work, this is the place to come. I would love to give way more stars. I will update as my root canal and cavities get done. Oh and meeting the hygienist Monday. I saw reviews that’s she’s amazing too.

This office is absolutely lovely. Every person in the office is kind, courteous, efficient, And it was a lovely experience both times I went…. Dr. G is willing to try to fix what was caused by another dentist negligence after I had a fall. A different dentist told me that I was going to have to get crowns on every one of my teeth, even though in the original fall I only had nine chips… Dr. G and her staff are willing to try to keep as much of my own teeth and do it in a way that other dentist were not even willing to try… They are truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and the only place that would do a gold filling in the capital district. Dr. G looked into it, found pricing , and the courteous, gracious, and wonderful staff communicated all of it back to me within 24 hours.

This is an excellent dentistry practice! The entire staff was accommodating, kind, and thorough with their work. I had a misunderstanding on my part with the scheduled time, and not only did they still take me in after my scheduled time, but they stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. Great place, and I can't recommend it enough!

I cannot recommend Dr. Dina Gianchandani enough! She is truly an outstanding dentist—compassionate, gentle, and incredibly thorough in her care. From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to explain everything clearly and transparently so you always know what’s happening. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and her ability to make every procedure completely painless. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such skill with such genuine compassion. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust and actually feel comfortable visiting, Dr. Gianchandani is the one!

I came to A&S a long time ago when Dr Dautel was present. It was a wonderful experience, and he helped with all the issues I had. Unfortunately with my more recent experiences without Dr Dautel it hasn’t been anywhere near as good. The service desk is nice, the office is nice, the hygienists are wonderful and do a great job! I’ve left this office twice now after paying in full without much relief or guidance, while thoroughly explaining the issues I’m having.
