Resolute Physical Therapy

I had a great experience with Jaclyn at Resolute Physical Therapy for pelvic floor therapy after my C-section. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. Jaclyn took the time to explain the recovery process, answered all of my questions, and created a personalized treatment plan. She helped me safely return to the gym and feel confident working out again, which was incredibly important to me. She was also so welcoming and supportive of me bringing my baby to appointments, which made postpartum care much more manageable. I noticed meaningful improvements in strength and overall function and always felt supported throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Jaclyn and Resolute Physical Therapy for postpartum pelvic floor care.

My wife went to Robert for TMJ. Unbeknownst to many, we learned that TMJ cases are not really about the jaw bone itself; instead, they are mainly about relaxing the muscles around the jaw. She had been struggling with this problem for many years to the point where I could actually hear her jaw click from across the dinner table. All I could do was watch her wince in pain for the next 10 minutes. This happened all the time. Her dentist prescribed a night guard, which actually made her clench more, and the problem just continued to get worse. After seeing Robert for about 8 weeks, she is 99% better. Robert helped her by using massage therapy, prescribing at-home exercises for her jaw muscles, and educating her on what to look for and how to keep the muscles relaxed. We are so grateful to R

Pelvic Floor Therapy is a real thing, and women need to consider it to help with so many “female” issues. There are simple mobility stretches and exercises that can help everything, young or old. Katie (Kathryn) is outstanding. She is so patient and really understands what women go through. She is easy to talk to and has great knowledge. I highly recommend her and Resolute PT. I honestly can’t thank her enough!!

I most recently worked with Rob for a back injury. He was great! He took the time to assess where I was at and discuss and explain the plan to get me back to 100%. I’ve also been here before and worked with Jaclyn who also did a great job. I would recommend anyone looking for PT!
