WellNow Urgent Care

I would rate 0 if I could. Took my dad who fell and fractured his knee at work. Firstly, we waited two hours to get it and when we were in we were sitting in the exam room for 25 minutes and my dad was screaming in pain. The nurse came and did the drug test and seemed like the nurse didn't know where things were and kept looking around her. She tried 10+ attempts to sign herself on the computer. After the drug test and vital werebdone, it took 20 more mins for the doc to get it. And he was the worst doctor we have ever seen in life! He barely paid any attention to what my dad said and quickly did an x-ray and told my dad he is good to go! My dad asked if he could go back to work because he was dying in pain. The doctor said "i don't know, talk to your employer" and he left. Thankfully lat

I absolutely love the staff. I have come here a couple of times and everyone is so helpful and very nice. There waiting room changed since last being there and it's nice that they have a game table for the kids so it makes it easier for the parents when you have to bring your child. They also have a slushy machine for everyone. I highly recommend if you have to get medical attention right away to go there. You can even go on line to book your visit making it quicker to sign in. 5 stars all day.💫💫💫💫💫

Yesterday during work, I suddenly felt off...with flu/ COVID season I went to WellNow to get checked out. The staff were professional and respectful and friendly. It was easy to make the appointment online. I was seen in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The did a COVID test and a more specific or sensitive to detect the virus but it won't be in for 24-48 hours. I'm ok with that as long as I have a type of guidance or game plan to make sure I don't spread anything to others unintentionally. The bathroom was clean. Exam room was sanitized and clean. I'd definitely come back again. Kathryn Sheffield PA was patient and took my concerns seriously. I appreciated that.

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Amber Villella, PA was wonderful-compassionate, attentive and genuinely caring. She listened carefully, diagnosed my illness, explained a treatment plan and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I felt truly heard and well cared for, especially given it was near closing time on a Sunday night. Very grateful and highly recommend Wellnow!
