Tile Pharmacy

Here I go again trying to support locally owned businesses. I was a Rite Aid customer and found Tile pharmacy through a friend. Not only can you purchase the items you normally get from the chain drugstores, they have beautiful gifts there and a large sundry of various products that I haven't seen since I was a kid! The selection is almost overwhelming! Get to Tile Pharmacy, you won't regret it.

Pharmacists are super friendly and have always been willing to go out of their way to help when needed. I would like to see a better system for prescription notifications implemented.

Is it weird to love a pharmacy? Not when you're a customer at Tile! I've been going here for many years to pick up prescriptions for my parents and it honestly feels like stepping back in time... in the best way! Here you are treated as a person - not a number. Everyone is kind, patient, concerned and knowledgeable. And their gift shop is the best kept secret in the area - such great finds in there! Highly recommend this true family pharmacy!

This pharmacy was one which I transferred to after I was going to "family medical pharmacy". I went there for 15 years and while Dennis retired, there are no longer pharmacists I will go all the way out there with how I was treated. I moved and Dennis told me of how he was selling his part to tile pharmacy and that he had trained them to handle my specialty rxs. It's not perfect but it's not bad at all, I love it there and I am so happy they expanded their inventory by expanding distributors. Overall I would say they are doing a great job and I will be staying with them as long as I am here in Cheektowaga.

This is a great local pharmacy. Their service was warm and welcoming. A great option, especially after the Rite Aid closings.
