WellNow Urgent Care

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have used WellNow Urgent Care in Canandaigua, NY multiple times for both emergency-type visits and occupational health services, and every experience has been excellent. They are consistently prompt, efficient, and accurate, which is not easy to find. The staff is professional, well-organized, and respectful of your time, while still being thorough and attentive. One visit in particular required suturing, and I was genuinely impressed. The provider took great care, explained everything clearly, and the sutures were done beautifully—clean, precise, and with great attention to detail. Healing went exactly as it should, and the outcome was excellent. Whether for urgent care needs or occupational services, I’ve found this location to be reliable, skilled, and patient-centered.

I made an appt online while I was at work, for later that day when I got out- the ease of that was the first positive! Second positive was that I was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff upon walking in the door. She checked me in, and immediately brought me back to a room, zero waiting in the waiting room. I only waited seconds for the nurse to come in and take my vitals, another sweet/kind staff member? This is generally unheard of now days. She was patient and kind and logged in all of my personal and family history as it was my first time there. Listened to my concerns, and took her time. I went to Urgent care on Saturday morning and was very pleased with the greetings from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor I saw. Everyone was so kind and very caring about my health. This place is wonderful and this is ehere I will go if I ever need to go again. Thank you

My husband was seen upon arrival. Vitals and evaluation were done immediately by the nurse. The traveling X-ray technician was available quickly. Everyone was kind and caring. He was appropriately sent to the ED down the road for further evaluation based on the findings. It was a very positive experience, even given the circumstances.

This is the only urgent care I go to for my family. They never make me wait and if I have to it’s only for minutes. The nurses are professional and nice. The providers listen and actually perform assessments. I get better care here than anywhere.
