My first time to have my hearing tested. All went smoothly. Very professional. Everyone was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Canandaigua and was looking for a new Audiologist. My ENT office recommended Lakeside Audiology and Hearing Solution right next door to their office. Unfortunately my first appointment started out to be very disappointing. I had a 30 minute wait over my scheduled appointment time. No comment from nobody. I call this office „the no name office“ nobody who worked with me introduced himself or welcomed me as a first time patient. The only positive about the office that morning was the girl who did the hearing test with me - very thorough. She also took care cleaning my hearing aids. Never did I ask for it nor did anybody mentioned that a cleaning plus parts will be a charge of $75. I would have not agreed to a cleaning if I would be informed of that charge. I d

I had serious issues with my hearing aids and I thought I was ready for implants but she fixed my hearing aids and I can actually hear better than I have in a long time, thank you

The entire staff is fantastic. We've been there twice and will need to go back and both times everyone was pleasant and friendly. On the phone both Sara and Kelly were very nice and friendly. Great Dr's..Dr. Haines was very helpful and great in explaining the different hearing aids,answered all my husband's questions. Probably the friendliest Dr's.office we've ever been to. Would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Paige Helfer and her team at Canandaigua are amazing. I went somewhere else briefly on a family members recommendation and came back because there just isn't any better service or hospitality you can get than at Lakeside. They truly listen to you and help you find the best for solution your needs. Thank you Dr Paige, Sara and Kelly for making me and my ears whole again!!
